此酒特別之處，是於曾經釀造威士忌的橡木酒桶中熟化6個月完成發酵。酒體豐滿，而且充滿威士忌的橡木香。為蘋果酒增添橡木，香草和蜂蜜的溫暖氣息。完整保留了蘋果酒應有的果香根據香港法律任何人不得在業務過程中向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類
