SILVER FERN FARMS 羊仔架，採用8-10個月大的羊仔並取自肋脊部位做成，法式處理(去油,cap off)，不肥不膩，其肉質鮮嫩幼滑，肉汁豐富，並含優質蛋白質 11.1%，脂肪 28.8%，為豬肉的一半，還含礦物質磷、鐵以及維生素 B、維生素 A 等營養素。
法式羊架已修去多餘的脂肪位及軟骨之部份，可以自己用刀輕易切開，只須灑上鹽及香草，建議放入焗爐或以鑊煎，圖片只供參考，一切以實物為準
