服用注意事項
- 懷孕初期，孕婦會嘔吐、作嘔、胃口不佳和消化功能較差，所以在懷孕的頭 14 周以內，適宜飲食清淡。
- 懷孕 7 個月之後，寶寶的吸收能力會變強很多，如果胎兒偏大，亦不必再進食花膠了，以免增加自然分娩的困難。
- 感冒期間吃花膠有機會加重咽喉的黏膜過敏，令感冒病情加重，所以建議感冒時不要吃花膠。
