因爲豐富的植物性膠原蛋白媲美燕窩，所以有植物燕窩之稱。黃耳益腸胃，補關節和膠原蛋白，是平時必吃的養生食材之一。
可煲湯、炒、燜及糖水。也適合孕婦/坐月食用。產品特點：無硫磺無添加，每粒經人手修剪，已無雜質，所見即所得。
食用方法：用清水浸泡約2-3小時後即可煮食。
